Receive a permanent 50% chance to not lose medkits or grenades on use. Medkit healing in Infamy is automatic. Press G to throw grenades on PC or the grenade button on mobile. 

Get more medkits by walking near dropped police medkits. Increase the amount of grenades you spawn with in [Open Perks Menu].
