Missile Turret

Spawn a missile turret at your desired location (via cellphone tool) that automatically engages enemies. It cannot be damaged by police AI and is capable of the following two abilities: 
1.) Fires one long-range missile every 12 seconds, dealing 120 damage to each NPC or vehicle target hit by the explosion.
2.) Heals all nearby allies up to 100hp each every 8 seconds.

-Turret comes with unlimited ammo
