Grenade Turret

Spawn a grenade turret at your desired location (via cellphone tool) that automatically engages enemies. It cannot be damaged by police AI and is capable of the following two abilities:
1.) Fires one long-range grenade every 8 seconds, exploding on contact dealing 80 damage to each NPC or vehicle target hit by the explosion.
2.) Provides all nearby wanted players with 1 throwable grenade and 1 ammo for the grenade launcher, missile launcher, and the advanced missile launcher every 30 seconds.
