Flame Turret

Spawn a flamethrower turret at your desired location (via cellphone tool) that automatically engages enemies. It cannot be damaged by police AI and has the following two abilities:
1.) Fires a short-range stream of flames every 6 seconds, setting alight and damaging NPCs and vehicle targets over time up to 70 hit points each.
2.) Releases a short-range air blast every 12 seconds that knocks back nearby NPCs, dealing a minimum of 30 damage to all affected.
