Allows you access to the Sandbox gamemode, which is a solo gamemode which only you are in where you can build anything, use whatever shovel you want (excluding admin shovels), spawn dummies, get streaks and more!

INAPPROPRIATE BUILDINGS WITH F3X WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BAN IF CAUGHT. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS IF YOU GET BANNED FOR THIS REASON, OR ANY OTHER REASON.
