Minigun Turret

Spawn a minigun turret at your desired location (via cellphone tool) that automatically engages enemies. It cannot be damaged by police AI and has the following two abilities: 
1.) fires a volley of between 40-50 bullets every 4 seconds, damaging a singular NPC or vehicle target up to a maximum of 1000 hp within a short amount of time. 
2.) fires a salvo of four missiles every 30 seconds, damaging nearby NPC and vehicle targets up to 60 hp each per missile. 

-Turret has unlimited ammo
