KEM Ronda

Get access to the KEMRonda, the highway auxiliary police unit.

You will get access to a safety cones tool, and the following Hilux variants:
- Maintenance (base unlock)
- PB Cab (level up)
- PB (level up)
- PB Traffic (level up)

There is also a basic uniform and vest, equippable via lockers at spawn.

There are currently no unique gameplay mechanics, but a towing system is planned in a future update.
