❝ Wasabi isn't just a plant you hear. It's more than that. Real wasabi is a very hard plant to grow, very rare, and very expensive! Other than that, wasabi you see or eat right now is made out of horseradish, mustard and foodcoloring. Shigeo Iida, an 8th generation wasabi farmer in Izu, has been growing wasabi for ages. His method of growing wasabi is not using chemicals or machines due to the fact that he wants to protect the environment we live in. As now, we like to represent the man who made world's best wasabi. We dedicate the name and story to him dearly. Rest In Peace of his son passed away in 2018. As Shigeo Lida, works hard til' this very day to keep their wasabi industry alive. That has inspired me to follow my dreams of being a designer and make this group. ❞
