Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)

Welcome to the Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas, or the Texas Department of Public Safety. The DPS is responsible for statewide law enforcement and vehicle regulation. DPS in real life is composed of many divisions, but since this is only a game, the only divisions we have are Texas Rangers and Highway Patrol. The DPS was founded by Lxevz and Volieb on March 30th.

ICT
The ICT Division maintains several units that support the major activities of the Department: Intelligence (Texas Fusion Center, State Intelligence Team, Criminal Case Support, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Missing Persons and Missing Children Clearing House, and Crimes Against Children Center), and more such as (Texas Homeland Security Unit).

Highway Patrol
The duties of the Highway Patrol Division consist of enforcing traffic laws, making arrests, educating citizens on traffic safety, and providing criminal law enforcement. El Paso is Region IV, District B.
