— New update: somewhere in the beginning of November (2022), Roblox has completely eradicated the option to use audios that aren’t public.

This includes: audios that you were able to use if you had audio access under a group, and audios that you uploaded yourself. 

You cannot hear even those audios anymore. 

This is due to Roblox implementing an update where again, you cannot use any type of audio unless it is set to public. Private audios cannot be used. The only audios you can really use are the ones in the catalog, or the ones that verified music creators have uploaded (i.e. Monstercat). 

Currently, nothing else has changed besides that.

For now, I’m still uploading audios as I have since the update in March. But I will cease updating here, unless something else comes up.

This is a very unfortunate update. Hopefully in the future, I will be able to tell y’all that players can now set their audios to public… or at the least, something of the sort. Until then. 😔🫰
