The Republic of Rizal was founded in 1945 after the defeat of the Japanese occupational forces after World War II. Located in the archipelago of the Rizali Islands, it rests in the center of the pacific island chain. The Republic of Rizal has undergone several regime changes due to political instability and foreign influence on the island.
