Description
Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum DPL is SEA's first official political party. They are responsible for helping quality officer candidates get elected by hosting interior elections; where the winner of these elections are endorsed by the party for SEA Military Elections. They also are home to Elite Squads that are feared by each sailor that sails the seas, regardless of allegiance. They also spend time archiving and recording SEA's history.
