Chiba Prefecture is a game based off of real like Bōsōzoku and Delinquent Crews in the 80s. [WIP]

Narashino in the eighties was one of the most controlled areas by the infamous, dangerous and fanatic gangs known as "Bōsōzoku", young biker street gangs who fought for territories, money, honour and most importantly, become the most powerful speed tribe in the region.
