Freeguild Army

The Freeguild Army is the main land branch of the Freeguild Armed Forces. Consisting of both the Standing Army and State-Troops this military formation is a true force to be reckoned with. Established in 1608 by the Militum Councilarius the Freeguild Army is one of the oldest institutions within the commonwealth.

The Standing Army is a small but well-trained and equipped core of 66 regiments. These regiments are then grouped together into corps. Each corps has a total of 6 Standing Army regiments but can add and remove State-Troop formations depending on the campaign that particular corps is on. This give corps commanders a great deal of flexibility when it comes to building their army and can purpose build their force depending of a myriad of factors.
