The U.S. Federal Bureau of Biological Waste Disposal ("FBBWD", "BWD") is an independent federal agency subordinate to the Department of Occult Defense, otherwise known as the PENTAGRAM. Established in 1945, the Bureau is tasked with the disposal and abatement of hazardous waste, radioactive objects, and biological instances both domestic and abroad. 

Staffed by US Marines from the 109th Marine Expeditionary Force, the Bureau is responsible for the safety of America in the paranatural sphere and beyond, serving as the tip of the spear for PENTAGRAM operations. It often finds itself doing tasks that other three-letter agencies should be doing due to the rooted "old guard" staying stagnant with their policies.
