The Kypchak Khanate was a formidable Turkic confederation that dominated the western Eurasian Steppe between the 10th and 13th centuries. Led by the fierce Kypchaks and the Cumans (also known as the Polovtsians or Folban), it thrived through mastery of cavalry warfare, strategic raids, and control of vital trade routes.
