Description

The Gallifreyan Order, more commonly known as the Time Lords, were a race of beings from the planet Gallifrey. Possessing incredibly advanced technology, chiefly their time-traveling TARDISes, they were one of the most advanced races in the universe. 

Gallifrey's capitol, aptly named "The Capitol", is an enclosed domed city that surrounds the Time Lords' citadel. A city of luxury and grandeur, this reflected the Time Lords' own society and culture.
