In the 1920s, the Foundation entered into a lucrative deal with the arms manufacturer Ainburst Inc. with the intent of finishing an ongoing conflict in the anomalous world. Since entering this deal, the Foundation has constructed a new weapons testing facility in an undisclosed location in the Amazon Rainforest. The Foundation sources its staff directly from several of its U.S. based facilities, and since its construction, the facility has been heavily influenced by its American residents.

With tensions rising as a new conflict stirs, now in the late 1980s, the Foundation must prepare itself for an inevitable war with many of its long-standing rivals. Only time will tell where this conflict will end.
