Its a snowy day in New York in the year 1940 and the war has just started. Young aspiring engineer Luc Clementine was looking to make weapons to help in the war effort, so he went to a patent to help him pitch and sell his ideas. Everyone rejected and said you would never be a successful engineer.

After a few months of trying, Luc went on a business trip to Chicago on the hopes to finally get someone to invest on his ideas, but instead he met Allison Vauban. 2 years go by and his name is Luc Vauban Clementine, but then a group of mafia members shot and killed Allison in the alleyway of Chinatown.

After that day, Luc went from a family man and engineer to a weapon maker for a mafia. He become one of the most known mechanics and engineers through his gun making. Later, he finds out the mafia he has been working for were the ones who killed Allison that night. He then used his own invention to #### ### ##### He then later become head of the Clementine Crime Family and Don Clementine.
