Description
Bakumatsu Jidai is a community that aims at recreating historical events during the time of the final years of the Samurai era of Japan. The setting takes place between the years of 1853 to 1877, after many centuries of isolation, Japan has finally ended its isolationist foreign policy over foreigners. A major divide soon erupts over the government's capability of running it's country. This major divide caused havoc all over Japan, causing the two biggest factions; the Tokugawa Shogunate and the Imperial Restorationist to go to war with each other.
