I think (and hope) I've made it so everyone can rank themselves to whatever they want basically. Dark Queens was essentially for those who are avid posters but do what you want I guess :P

It's come to my attention that some guys have joined the group, I know this goes against the title of the group but I have created the rank Dark Guardian for them as a founding rule of the group is to not judge others and accept everyone.
