To get promoted to "Employee" you simply need to ask me and if I have a bidding for you to improve my games of your best of abilities you'll get promoted. No, you will not get promoted all because you have been here for a year. From "Employee" make even more stuff (While giving my games credit), show dedication, doing good deeds, and not asking to be promoted, from that ladder to get promoted to "Manager", you also will get admin commands. But if you happen to abuse multiply times you'll lose that power for good.
