The Blue Moutains, also known as Ered-Luin, was the Greatest Dwarf Kingdom in Middle-Earth.
The Blue Mountains arose sometime after the chaos caused by Melkor's destruction of the Two Lamps that destroyed the perfect symmetry of Arda.In these early days, the Blue Mountains were located between the newly formed great sea of Belegaer and the newly formed Sea of Helcar.

For many ages of Middle-earth, it had been inhabited by over 40,000 of the Dwarves of Broadbeams.
Location: The Blue Mountains or Ered Luin, also known as Ered Lindon, was a mountain range situated in the far west of Eriador.
