In order to gain ranks, you must submit reports of command abusers to the application center. You will be legible to rank up in order once you have the following numbers of total reports: 
> 10 reports for rank 2 
> 25 reports for rank 3 
> 40 reports for rank 4 
> 60 reports for rank 5 
> 80 reports for rank 6 
> 105 reports for rank 7 

Submit these reports through the app center. When you have enough reports, apply for each rank in the app center.  Each report must include a screenshot of proof, and show the leaderboard. There is a max of a single rank up per day.
