Here is some knowledge about trading

Demand = How much people want the item, Example everyone wants a valk, valk has high demand. 

HIgh Demand = stuff that everyone wants. Example Valk, CF, DOminus, DOmino Crown, Yum, Prank, Super Happy face, Neon Hair 

Rares = Mostly garbage looking hats, low stock, low in circulation, rare example: Gaze of Socom1880, Memento Mori , Brahama Gardian 

Rap = Recent average price 

Value = the valuation of the item

Downgrading = Turning 1 item into 2 or more 

Upgrading turning more then 1 item into 2 or more 

Lowballing = Undervaluing your item to get better items.
