Welcome to Middletown Psychiatric Institute, one of Roblox's various mental hospital/asylum roleplays!

We are dedicated to helping patients reach their future! MPI was established to help patients with mental disorders to help them return to a fit, healthy life. MPI houses those suffering from severe and chronic mental illness, including the criminally insane.
