Olcom & Prosko is a megacorporation operating in the region of Ontario, Canada. Creating a legal immunity zone after a governmental collapse and as result of a new struggling government background deal, Olcom & Prosko monopolized the markets of local infrastructure, restoring a lot of what was lost during the governmental collapse but then only building such within it's zones of legal immunity. Through this new legal immunity Olcom & Prosko required the use of it's own private security to enforce corporate law, raising forth large scale security enterprises only loyal to a more corporate future. Having monopolized majority of it's local market, Olcom & Prosko reaches out, through it's large stockpiles of resources and vision of future enterprise.
