Korean Air is the largest airline in South Korea, based on fleet size, international destinations, and international flights. It was founded in 1962 as a state-owned company and privatized in 1969. Korean Air is headquartered in Seoul, with its main hub at the newly opened Incheon (ICN) International Airport Terminal 2. It's a founding member of SkyTeam, and has a venture partnership with Delta Air Lines in the trans-Pacific market.
