All ur recruits must do is change their display name to IC_(Your Choice) or (Your Choice)_IC, join the group through your profile, and add a few IC members to join wars or raids! How to obtain ranks:

Low Warrior - Base Rank of IC, active, loyal, untrained

Warrior - Solider Rank of IC, active, loyal, knight, has been in at least 2 or more training

Low Crownguard - Active Solider who attended at least 2 training, and 3 raids/wars

Crownguard - Active Solider who attended at least 2 training, and 3 raids/wars (eatbow+dashbow needed)

High Crownguard - Active Solider who attended 5 training and 5 or more wars/raid (Must be at least at expectation with bows and sword in skill)

Warlord - A Soliders in IC who things in the clans through raids/wars, etc (Expectation of using db at fights, balanced on sword and bow/good
