It is late in the 3rd Millennium. For many decades the Rulers of Ro-Blade have exerted most of its resources and its strength, forcing them to retreat into the far-flung reaches of the Solar System. with their Force's spread thinly and with the constant Aerial Bombardments, they remain exhausted. 

There he is, the Emperor, newly crowned and ready to restore the Empire's glory that was stolen from his incompetent predecessors, will he drive out his nation's enemies? or will it fail back into despair, never to regain it's Golden past.
