A home for the disowned. A sanctuary for the discriminated. A path for the lost. All of these metaphors describe what Goat was—what it was meant to be. What once was a promised land for the disillusioned was slowly carved into a belligerent organization through the corruption of the founder. Now hidden deep within the bowels of Tokyo's underground city, cloaked cultists bearing traits of a bestial appearance such as horned heads, butcher through the land casting a shadowy haze of darkness over those they terrorize. More disturbing is the harsh indoctrination its fledging members go through; subsequently being made to view their deeds as heroic.
