Neko-chan

This is a group of Neko[cat] People.from the anmie kawaii.We are cat-people! We are in some way a cat. SOme only part neko, have tails or ears, others have fur, and the most superior, have ears and tails, yes, but can turn into a neko! Rp, be a neko-person, and do what you want. Here's the setting:       
        "You walk down the street of a VERY crowded, big, city. Something makes you turn your head, and you see a huge palace atop a hill high above, a bit away. You shrug, and walk towards it. When by the window, you peer in, and see a human shape, but a tail follow. It turns to face you, but the windows are shaded. All you see is a blur, as it races past the window, out of that room."
