Seeking to be a builder? Day after day, we employ! Just attend an interview session or speak to interviewer. All trainees are encouraged to build on their own (if the plot owner approves!). With the compensation to builders / trainees to avoid scams, customers must pay half of the amount negotiated at the beginning before they build and the other half at the end.
