People at the rank [PENDING] have a week to get to [ENLIST] or they will be kicked.

Funding rule:
Funds are given when you are at the rank, [APPRENTICE] If you are able to afford it, you'll be promoted.

Raid status: Able to defend on weekends.
War status: Not in war, not looking for one.
