The Upheaval The Upheaval is a privatised organisation tasked at ending the suffering of inmate's inside the service and giving them another chance in the free world. While our objective may not be agreed with in the eye's of the public, The Upheaval is prepared to take it to any length to achieve this objective. We are a new rebellion.
