The Chao Pho (เจ้าพ่อ) is a Thai-Chinese organized crime group affiliated with the 17K Triad. They are active internationally and are involved in a variety of crimes such as extortion, protection, loan sharking, contract killing, arms trafficking, money laundering, counterfeiting, illegal gambling, and political corruption. Criminal organizations within the Chao Pho are structured similarly to other triads.
