Discovery and Defense in a Time of Monsters.

Monarch is an organisation with our job to; defend humanity, keep peace between Titans, contain Titans and Protect Titans. Besides all of that, Monarch also has an enemy "Apex", Apex wants to bring superiority upon Titanus Ghidorah (Monster Zero), and wipe out all other Titans. Often Apex will raid our outposts in order to breach Kaiju's.
