Historically, the ORANGE Movement has always been seen as a low-budget political movement, utilizing hostile, criminal, and unorthodox means for control. When Italian authorities investigated the Movement during its peak in the '70s, they deemed the organization a threat to Italian normalcy, and alerted them to the SCP Foundation for assistance in containing the membership. 

Undeterred, the Movement gained a new following within Foundation's blocks, a following that became infamously known to English speakers as the "Class-D Nation." Since then, whether it be around the smugglers of the Balkans & Barbary, the black cauldron of the MENA, or the underground of the Americas, the Movement has become a call to arms to all who wish to siphon through the total war of struggle.
