The Finnish Army is the land forces branch of the Finnish Defence Forces. Today's Army is divided into six branches: the infantry, field artillery, anti-aircraft artillery, engineers, signals, and materiel troops. Since its founding in 1918 after the Great War. The Finnish Army has been tasked with the Defense of Finland and her Peoples from direct military action against the Nation.
