WTA is a transit operating company servicing the 5 counties of Waterford, Camden, Elmhvurst, Bergen, and Stateview Island within the Woodville City area, located in the fictional US state of Woodville. The transit authority provides local, and express bus service as well as subway service, linking all five counties together, with a majority of its express buses connecting the city of Camden with the outer four counties.
