Established in 2020, Grinder provides a warm and welcoming community to all newcomers and customers alike. Our diligent and hardworking staff are here to ensure that your experience is the best it can possibly be, and our sense of community and hospitality and emphasis on fun is what makes us unique. At every Grinder Event and session, we are with and for the people and listen to our community. This is our group collectively.

🕒Our session times consist of the following. We highly advise attending sessions at these times as we make a vow they will always be hosted then daily;

Shifts - 12PM Pacific Standard Time, 3PM Pacific Standard Time
Training Sessions - 1PM Pacific Standard time, 4PM Pacific Standard time
