White Forest Confederation | W.F.C

The White Forest Confederation (Also known as "W.F.C") Is an alliance of multiple other rebel cells working together to bring down the tyranny of the Universal Union.

The W.F.C was founded days after the creation of the game "City 17" and has been a prominent rebel group since. Our primary goal is to bring chaos and fear to the Universal Union who patrol and abuse the citizens of City-17.
