Listen to order from staff

Be interactive with the students
Attempt to actually teach them
Be active within in the group and try to join most of the RP's 

Secretary Rules:
Greet each new person ad the front desk
Tell them to join the gpup and check if they have
Assign them a dorm
Take them to the dorm/class
