""SUMMUS IMPERATOR" The Phoenix Military Service was formed in 1981 during a attack that led to thousands of deaths in the United States. Their purpose was to be a Government Military Force handling with any disasters or attacks caused by hostile forces either outside of the nation or inside of the nation. The Phoenix Military Service now operates outside of the nation and inside since 1981. The Phoenix Military Service have stockpiled thousands of supplies, weapons, and equipment if any disasters or apocalypses occurs, after a few years the PMS had cut their ties with the US government and now consist of international operatives and are an independent PMC.
