You have to have your inventory public and ask for the role on the group wall, I will look at your inventory and give the role to you.

Valued guest- awarded by joining the group.
First time shopper- buy 1 piece of clothing.
Fresh shopper - buy 5 pieces of clothing.
Average shopper- buy 15 pieces of clothing.
Pro shopper- buy 30 pieces of clothing. 
Group owners' online friends- be friends with me online.
Group owners' real-life friends.- be friends with me in real life.
Moderator- I have to personally trust you quite a lot to give you this.
Admin- I have to personally trust you 100%.
