If someone is caught RKing and you have a video please send it to a Captain or High Ranking member not Cetharis

You won't be ranked based off of your level. To get ranked ask one of the Head positioned people, not Cetharis. 

Do not use profanity in the shouts. Do not shout a hackers name. Do not use the shout to make someone feel bad.

Heads can't ban or derank anyone who is ranked in someone else's team. Speak to the head that is over them to get them banned or deranked.
