5. do not let any one rank up with out interviewing first.
6. let a general or me interview you if you want a LT Gen promotion.
7. if you want to be a general then talk to me. you need some one i trust with you before talk of a promotion to general.
8. do not ask for a promotion every day. you can ask within 3-4 days
9. do not make any rude comments.
10. you can join an enemy group after you talk to me about spying on them.
11. DO NOT GO MAD WITH POWER HIGH RANKS. IF YOU DO I WILL PERMANENTLY BAN YOU FROM MY HQ AND MIA!!!!!!!!! GOT IT
