Information: The Top Hat Clan is a criminal organization that operates in IL, NY, FL, MX, and CA. The Top Hat Clan clashes against rival gangs, military forces, communists, and succeeds in guerilla tactics and urban warfare. The members in the clan are well trained and militarized to successfully execute our campaigns across the globe. Alongside with highly experienced commanders, we succeed in majority of our operations, and have well-coordinated attacks, given the title "Professional Criminals".
