Is An Elite Clan. Guidelines: Never, under any circumstance kill another member of VC. DO NOT SPAWNKILL.  Ranks will come to those who are most active. This means attending training sessions, meetings, being helpful, following guidelines and pretty much any participatoin on the VC servers.
