GRU Divison - "Psychotronics" The Division's overall aims include discovering, obtaining and/or destroying foreign anomalies that pose a risk to the former Soviet Bloc’s security. The activity of GRU-P is aimed at suppressing hostile abnormal activity and organisations, within the states of itself and its allies, documenting abnormal phenomena, and researching means of their use in furthering the overall aims of the Divison. "Divided, we are One. One, we are All."
